The below form is for our adopters to leave general feedback, photos and a rating. We have separate forms for health & temperament updates and for adopters to let us know if any issues arise with their rats, or mice (these forms will be back soon please email us, or use our Contact Us form in the meantime).
We use forms to help us keep track of adopter interactions, animal information and to help streamline the process of helping adopters but always feel free to reach out with any questions, or concerns about adopted animals in whatever format is easiest for you.
